Nadhege is an American-born, Haytian-rooted, award-winning actress, filmmaker, dancer, writer, producer, and director whose work merges storytelling, science, psychology, and wellness to heal and empower communities. Through M.A.A.T. Films (Manifesting An Artistic Truth), she creates transformative ecosystems that move from the screen to the classroom and into the community—bridging art, education, and leadership to inspire cultural restoration.
Her registered trademark, Paris Blues in Harlem® examines themes of legacy, love, and community. Its subdivision, Paris & Pop-Pop: #MakeGrandfatherGreatAgain, aims to revive grandfathers' role as protectors and mentors—promoting an intergenerational approach to violence intervention and prevention. This initiative is also carried forward through the Paris & Pop-Pop TikTok Village Digital Series, which fosters storytelling and dialogue across generations.
She is also creating The Absolute Picture™ (TAP): Science of Self, a film and educational platform designed to empower BLAK girls—focused on Balance, Love, Abundance, and Kinship—through the TAP Sacred Sanctuary Method and the TAP TikTok Village Digital Series. This initiative promotes leadership, mindfulness, and community building as routes to peace.
Her films have appeared on CBS, PBS, ABC, NBC, and FOX, earning recognition from the PBS Online Film Festival, The Huffington Post, and Backstage. A member of SAG-AFTRA and Actors’ Equity, Nadhege holds a B.A. in Psychology from Morgan State University and an M.A. in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
